1. Service Scope
CineFrame AI provides an AI image and video generation workspace, public product pages, blog content, update logs, and product workflows that may involve prompts, references, media uploads, or generated output. CineFrame AI is an independent product surface that may route requests to third-party AI model providers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those model providers unless explicitly stated.
2. Eligibility And Acceptable Use
You agree to use CineFrame AI lawfully and responsibly. You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
You must not use the service to create, request, upload, distribute, or facilitate:
- sexually explicit, pornographic, NSFW, or sexually suggestive content
- sexual content involving or appearing to involve minors
- face-swap, deepfake, impersonation, non-consensual likeness, or face-manipulation content
- harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, self-harm encouragement, or graphic violence
- illegal activity, regulated goods or services, fraud, phishing, malware, or credential theft
- copyrighted, trademarked, celebrity, character, brand, or other third-party material that you do not have rights to use
- deceptive, misleading, or unauthorized commercial claims
We may review, block, remove, or report content and accounts when needed to protect the service, users, payment partners, or legal compliance.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of the prompts, images, text, or other material you submit. By submitting content, you grant CineFrame AI the limited rights necessary to process that content for service delivery, moderation, safety review, reliability, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and support.
You represent that you have all rights and permissions required for any prompt, image, reference, likeness, brand asset, audio, text, or other material you submit.
4. Generated Output
Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, generated output is intended for your use. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, sharing, or using them commercially. Generated output may be inaccurate, unsafe, infringing, or unsuitable for your intended use, and you must not rely on it for legal, medical, financial, professional, or safety-critical decisions.
5. Accounts, Limits, And Paid Features
Some features may require an account, usage limits, credits, or paid access. If paid plans are enabled, the pricing page and checkout terms shown at the time of purchase control those commercial details. Subscription cancellation, renewal, refund, and billing support are handled according to the payment provider and plan terms shown at checkout.
6. Service Availability
We may update, pause, restrict, or remove parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, model output quality, processing time, or compatibility with every workflow.
7. Intellectual Property
The CineFrame AI brand, website design, product presentation, and related original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our platform or brand assets to you.
Third-party model names, company names, trademarks, and product names belong to their respective owners. References to those names describe compatibility or model routing only and do not imply affiliation.
8. Disclaimer
CineFrame AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service.
9. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CineFrame AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
10. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of CineFrame AI after updates are published means you accept the revised Terms.
